The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.445 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 (A) of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. submits that although allegation of abduction of a minor girl has been made by the informant who happens to be the father but a perusal of the statement of the victim girl present at Annexure-2 made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, would manifest that not only the girl is a major but has also accompanied the petitioner on her own volition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Zafran @ Jafran @Chunnu in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (Mufassil) P.S.
