2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 190/2024, registered for offences under Section 63 of the BNS, 2023.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it is a case of consensual sex.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10622 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Saran at Chapra/ concerned court below in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S.
