The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor grand-daughter of the informant.

In 164 Cr. P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded 20 years when the court assessed 16 years and as per medical opinion the victim was assessed 16 years but in 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victim has stated that she of her own married with petitioner no. 1 Alok Choudhary and she remained in his company for a considerable period. It is alleged against petitioner no. 2 that he persuaded the

A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
