JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of N.I. Act. It is alleged that the informant was working in Manoj Trading Company run by the son of petitioner no. 1 when the son of the petitioner no. 1 issued a cheque for payment of salary of the informant which got dishonoured.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the son of petitioner no. 1, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the
