2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 351(2), 351(30 & 352 of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner has assaulted with iron rod to one Dhanwanti Devi due to which she has received injuries on her palm and finger.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the order of trial court it will transpire that the nature of injury is simple. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence.

5. Learned counsel for the Informant has vehemently opposed the bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 674 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of C.J.M., Nawada.
