On getting an information, the police conducted a raid at a school premises wherefrom 13.86 litres of foreign wine (Indian origin), 18.08 litres of country made wine altogether 35.54 litres as well as five litres of Chulai wine have been seized and for that Raj Kumar Pasi @ Tamatar Pasi has been made an accused which, subsequently been corrected by way of identifying the petitioner which ought not to be more particularly having a criminal antecedent being an accused relating to Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.348 of 2019 whereupon been well versed to the police official since before. Apart from this, the petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.01.2020.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner, Shiv Kumar Pasi @ Tamatar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
