The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner in this writ petition, seeks direction to the respondents for payment of pension, gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance, revised first ACP, second ACP and MACP.

The State has filed counter affidavit stating therein that all the retiral benefits including the ACP of the petitioner have already been sanctioned and service book along with relevant papers were sent to the office of Accountant General, Bihar. On such, the learned counsel for the Accountant General

Patna High Court CWJC No.4351 of 2019(6) dt.14-09-2020 2/2 submits that if the authority slip has not been issued the same shall be issued within four weeks.

Having considered the facts that all the retiral dues of the petitioner have been sanctioned and service book along with relevant papers are sent in the office of Accountant General and the authority slip is likely to be issued within four weeks, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna, respondent No.4, to issue the authority slip within four weeks. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any party of the order he may file fresh writ petition. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
