The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Muffasil P.S. Case No. 382 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of several bottles of Indian made foreign liquor in volume of 28.450 liters from the shop of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.12.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar (Muffasil P.S.
