JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that some of the miscreants claiming themselves to be the representatives of the District Transport Officer demanded documents to the informant being trucker and demanded Rs. 10,000/-. In the meantime, the police came, seized the documents of the informant from the motorcycle and apprehended Bhagat Kumar and Anuj Kumar who disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7459 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
