The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O.No.164/16 registered under Section 30 (a)of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act 2016.

The accusation is of carrying 350 bottles Nepalese liquor containing 300 ml.each by the petitioner and one Rajesh Kumar Yadav.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13525 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, in connection with G.O.Case No.164/16.
