The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 467, 468 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol, two live cartridges, Rs. 18,000/- cash and one motorcycle have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
