JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against him, who happens to be brother-in-law of the opposite party no.2. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.11611 of 2022(2) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in GR No.305/2020, Tarapur Police Station Case No. 32 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
