In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(a) By issue of an appropriate writ/order the respondents be commanded/directed to consider the case of the petitioner and appoint her on the post of constable with effect from the date when other appearing candidates with the petitioner have been appointed and all other consequential benefits both official and financial be granted to the petitioner.

(b) The petitioner be treated in service with effect from a date when other similarly situated persons have been persons have been appointed and the continuity of service, seniority, promotion and salary etc. be paid to the petitioner.

(c) By an interim order the petitioner be given appointment letter and be allowed to join and she be paid her salary during the pendency of this writ application. (d) Any other relief or relief's to which the petitioner be found entitle to be granted to her"

Petitioner is a candidate for recruitment to the post of Constable pursuant to Advertisement No. 2 of 2019. The concerned selecting and appointing authority is hereby directed to finalize the process of recruitment to the post of
