2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawanpur (Chhorahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the in-laws of the deceased are said to have killed the deceased and have cremated her body.

4. The petitioner is not related to the in-laws of the deceased and he is the owner and driver of the vehicle by which the dead body of the deceased was taken for cremation.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawanpur (Chhorahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2022.
