2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 74, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 76, 333, 303(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 26.07.2024 at 8:00 PM, the informant was sitting at her door, in the meantime, this petitioner came, disrobed her and tried to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that when mother-in-law of came to save informant, other co-accused persons came and started assaulting her. The accused persons also assaulted husband of informant and took away cash of Rs. 50,000/-, jewellery and cloths from the box, kept inside the house of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case is counter blast of Complaint Case No. 1407/2024, which was lodged against informant and her husband and in order to save their skin from the aforesaid complaint case, this false and concocted case has been lodged after more than two months of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 227/2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
