The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 311 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

7 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.10.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
