This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya PS Case No. 515 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 411, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that that one country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody 31.10.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly four months, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be
