The petitioner seeks bail in Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 under Sections 341, 504, 506, 307, 315, 366(A) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

On perusal of the materials available on record, I find that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Earlier a compliant case as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application was filed and a report dated 09.1.2017 (Annexure-3) was submitted by the Officer In-Charge, Medni Chowki, Lakhisarai stating therein that the complaint lodged by the complainant could not be substantiated by bringing sufficient materials and it is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20337 of 2017 (3) dt.22-05-2017 further reported that the complaint seems to have been lodged with an intention to marry. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegations are against one Rishi Kumar.

On query, learned counsel for the State could not provide any material to support the allegation. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Jai Gobind Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st -cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.
