The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Mufassil P.S. Case No. 353 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120 (B), 147, 148, 149, 225, 323, 333, 335, 341, 353, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30 (a), 32 (2), 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Abhishek Yadav @ Abhishek Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2145 of 2021.

The application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
