Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/120B//201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of death of Lalita Devi by her in-laws including the petitioners, who are father-in-law and father-in-law of father-in-law. Submission is that husband is already in custody and petitioners are in custody since 15.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Wasim Akram Khan, learned Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12853 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016, with condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
