The selection could not be made of the petitioner because petitioner was younger in age vis-à-vis the last candidate appointed in the district of Bhagalpur.
Contention of the petitioner that somebody else with lesser marks has subsequently been appointed and it has come to his knowledge recently may not be a ground for giving a direction for appointment of the petitioner. However, if such an appointment has been made, the same may be assailed by a person so affected
