Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47/49 of the Bihar Excise Act. 20 litres of country made liquor was, allegedly, recovered from the garden of Kishori Paswan. The petitioner is alleged to have fled away from there.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
