Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that prior to filing of this case, the victim girl also filed a case against the injured person of this case, as contained in Annexure-2 series. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11. 2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
