====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). That the instant writ petition is being filed for the issuance of orders commanding the respondents to authorize family pension in equal shares to both the wives of late Md. Manzur Alam including the petitioner.
(B). For further commanding the respondents to restore full family pension in the event of death of any one of the two widows of late Alam."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.3213 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 authorities in view of the special remarks of the Accounts officer made in the pension payment order dated 7.11.2011, to the following effect:- "F.P. will be distributed in equal share to first wife & children of 2nd wife after death of Md. Manzur Alam."
Liberty, so sought, is granted.
