In compliance of the order of this Court dated 29.07.2019, passed in CWJC No.18779 of 2018, a show-cause has been filed by the contemnors, wherein it has been submitted that a sum of Rs.5,83,234/- is remaining to be paid to the deceased-employee on the head of difference amount of interest payable in the GPF account and interest incurred in the CPF account, however, the same shall be paid to the petitioner as and when

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to obtain a succession certificate and then appear before the opposite parties for payment of the aforesaid amount. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that immediately upon submission of the succession certificate by the petitioner, before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Nawada, the outstanding amount in question, shall be paid to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, thereafter.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
