Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation made against the petitioner as well as the criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.
