This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajepur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
