JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For directing the respondent concerned to enquire/investigate the matter by the loding F.I.R. against the present Mukhiya namely, Dev Raj Prasad and other who has misappropriated of Government money in the Panchayat of Badulu Tola within the Block of Sadar Chapra in the District of Saran at Chapra.

(ii) For Directing the respondent concerned to take appropriate action in initiating a departmental

(iii) For direction the respondents after proper enquiry recover the amount from the present Mukhiya of Badulu Tola and other person who have taken the government money without MANREGA work."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
