The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 366 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 304, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on information, the informant's brother was found injured with cut injuries on his face at the poultry farm and he was moaning with pain. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the

The petitioner has got one more criminal case other than the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.8.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the informant's brother was badly injured by knife and during the course of treatment, the informant's brother died. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 366 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
