Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P. S. case no. 45/2014 registered under section 498A/34 of the IPC.
Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-inlaw and petitioner no.3 is brother-in-law of victim of the present case. Admittedly, present case was lodged by co-villager of the petitioners and victim has not come forward to make any allegation against these petitioners. Furthermore, it would appear that victim is missing and in course of investigation, it came to light that victim had extra marital relation with grand son of informant of the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7837 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Tariyani P. S. case no. 45/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
