The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 474/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 32(ii), 38 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner was carrying country made liquor in a Bolero and on being arrested he disclosed his name as Awadhesh Kumar Yadav. From the Bolero 480 litres of country made liquor was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2016. He has already remained in jail for four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
