====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State appeared.

The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner directing the respondent authority to grant notional promotion to the petitioner on the post of Professor Anaesthesia w.e.f. 19.12.2003 and to recalculate his pension and also to direct the respondents to pay arrears of dues, difference of amount and interest thereon.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that till date neither counter affidavit has been filed nor any grievances of petitioner has been settled from the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2884 of 2016(3) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 In this view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to represent before respondent no.2, the Secretary, Health, Bihar, Patna for his grievances mentioned in the petition and also about the other grievances which are developed during pendency of writ application and respondent no.2 shall pass a reasoned order in this regard within a period of 6 weeks from the date of acceptance of representation.

With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
