Ajay Urao @ Ramanand Urao, Bindu Devi, Sarsawati Devi, Nisha Kumari acted as an abettor during course of kidnapping of Mamta Kumari @ Ravina Kumari, aged about 16 years by Anand Urao, Brijesh Urao. From Annexure-2, statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it is evident that she herself volunteered.

That being so, petitioner Anand Urao, who is under custody since12.12.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Matiyaria P.S. Case No. 50/2019.
