The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The case was registered in the year 2000 with specific accusation of assault by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 08 of 2000, pending in the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5993 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
