JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2016 The petitioner prays for retrial benefits of her late husband Mahamaya Prasad Karn, who superannuated from the Rosera Nagar Panchayat on 31.12.2003.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the Rosera Nagar Panchayat stating that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In support of his submission, learned counsel for the respondent has annexed the relevant documents. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, in case the petitioner still has any grievance, it would be open for her to represent before the Rosera Municipality (Nagar Panchayat), respondent No.2, who would dispose of the same with
