The petitioners seek bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 239/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

08 litres of country-made liquor made of Mahua and 05 K.G. of fermented Mahua were recovered from the house of the petitioners, for that the petitioners are in jail since 01.01.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
