The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar Police Station Case No.184 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

During occurrence of assault the petitioner allegedly caused injury with spade at the head of the informant. The doctor has found lacerated linear tear on scalp of head at vertex and liner scratch at hand. According to opinion of the doctor the injuries were simple in nature caused by hard and

Considering the fact that petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail. Hence, his prayer is refused.
