The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 274 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/307/379/ 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the submission that there is no allegation against the petitioner of having assaulted anyone, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
