Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bochahan P.S. Case No. 161 of 2009 (G.R. No. 3759 of 2009) for the offence punishable under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Thymate has been detected in the dead body of the deceased which does not support the prosecution case. There is no external injury on the body of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11465 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (East), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 161 of 2009 (G.R. No.3759 of 2009), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
