Petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Town Police Station Case No 699 of 2016 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered into a Court Room and pick pocketed an Advocate Amrita Kumari but the petitioner was apprehended on spot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 22.10.2016. Petitioner has already remained in custody for six months for committing theft of a mobile phone and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14083 of 2017 (3) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 02nd Class, Muzaffarpur in Town Police Station Case No 699 of 2016.
