This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Special Excise Case No. 60 of 2022 arising out of Lodipur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent, this regular bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise-1, Bhagalpur, in connection with Special Excise Case No. 60 of 2022 arising out of Lodipur P.S.
