The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.Case No.278/13 registered under Section 395 of I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Lav Kumar Sathi and Kush Kumar Sathi. Except the confessional statement there is nothing to show the complicity of the petitioner in the present case. He is in custody since 21.7.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14255 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of theAdditional Sessions Judge, Rosera, in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.278/13.
