Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11324 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2022 2/3 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 436, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is a case of assault upon the informant, due to which he sustained injuries as well as ablazed the house by sprinkling kerosene oil by the accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and main allegation is against co-accused Meena Devi who was getting the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52021 of 2021. Petitioners have clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Madhepura in connection with Kumar Khand Madhepura P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
