The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8, 20(b)(ii)B and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the prosecution case, 2 kg each of ganja is stated to have been recovered from the three accused persons including the petitioner herein.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 14.7.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Case no.452 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Hajipur, Vaishali.
