2. The petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 07.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6044 of 2014 requiring the authorities, inter alia, to make payment of the petitioner's admitted dues..

A show cause has been filed on behalf of Opposite Party No. 3, Annexure-A whereof being an order in memo no. 158 dated 15.01.2016 discloses that the admitted dues of the petitioner has been paid and a speaking order for the remaining amount of the petitioner's claim has been passed by the authorities.
