2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, registered in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No. 204/2021.
3. As per allegation, a total of 171 litres of countrymade litres was recovered from a bush.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He has been dragged into this case on the basis of suspicion.
5. It appears that the petitioner has five criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Presently, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion in favour of the petitioner. His prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
7. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
