JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant being A.S.I. of police that some fight took place between the two groups when the injured was sent to the hospital but subsequently the FIR named and 35-40 unknown people variously armed came to the police station and started pressurizing to arrest the culprits and blocked the road. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
