Petitioner is accused in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. This case has been lodged with false allegation in order to save the real culprit. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.01.2017.
