This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 425 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 332, 337, 341, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 33, 41, 42 of the Forest Act, under Section 4(1-a), 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals D.E. Act, under Section 40(1) of the B.M. Act and under Section 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 25.02.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.6781 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 25.02.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.6781 of 2020, this bail application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehir, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 425 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
