2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 23.11.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1699 of 2020, the Director (Administration), Education Department, Government of Bihar has passed order contained in Memo No. 152 dated 03.02.2026. But, the petitioner is still aggrieved from the said order.

3. In this view of the matter, the contempt proceeding

Patna High Court MJC No.540 of 2024(6) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C. petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy against the said order dated 03.02.2026 before the appropriate forum.
